Runner up in design contest…
Having a design chosen by a villa in Jamaica would have been a great reason to visit! Nevertheless, being chosen as a runner-up with over 280 designs submitted was a true honor.

Bringing motion into a logo…
The client in this design quest already had a great image of a ballerina which I traced. To give the logo more dimension, I added a shadow behind the image and went with a gold and silver theme.
A winning design!
Once again, the goal of any graphic artist should be to meet the design expectations of a client. The design brief, and 2 suggestions from this client achieved that end.

Yes! White backgrounds are an option!
Yes. I know I’m a little heavy on the black backgrounds, because I looove the effortless visual contrast that creates.
This is a generic version of a business logo, complete with cards and letterhead which I did for a local radon removal service. The client knew just what he wanted as far as the ‘environmental’ mood he hoped to project. It’s so great when you nail a design for a customer! We both were thrilled with the final product.
